Welcome to "Clawmap" (hereinafter referred to as "the Website"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") include the Terms of Service, User Rules, and Disclaimer, governing your use of the Website and its services ("Services"). By using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Website.

Part 1: Terms and Conditions of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
You may use the Services, but if you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian. The Website reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time; updated versions will be posted on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after the Terms are updated signifies your acceptance and agreement to the new Terms.

No one may copy, modify, distribute, or use it in any form without the written permission of the Website. The intellectual property rights of all content uploaded by users to the Website (including but not limited to text, photos, images, videos, and other data, collectively "User Content") still belong to the original creators. However, by uploading or publishing User Content, you unconditionally grant Clawmap a royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, display, and distribute such User Content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Website's services.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Website and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we make no express or implied warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, unless otherwise required by law, the Website, its developers, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use or inability to use the Services. The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Clawmap and its developers from and against any and all claims, suits, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including full legal fees calculated on an indemnity basis) arising from your violation of these Terms, infringement of any third-party rights (including copyright), or the User Content you upload.
5. Termination of Service
If we reasonably believe that you have violated any provision of these Terms, the Website has the right, without prior notice, to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your right to access the Website's services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved by the parties through amicable negotiation or mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for exclusive jurisdiction.

Part 2: User Rules
1. Permitted Conduct
Providing accurate, truthful, and useful location information or reviews for claw machines. Interacting with other users in a respectful and constructive manner.
2. Prohibited Conduct
Uploading any content that is illegal, false, misleading, obscene, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, or infringes on the privacy of others. Interfering or attempting to interfere with the normal operation of the Website, such as sending spam, installing malicious software, or launching cyberattacks. Collecting information about other users without authorization, or impersonating another person or entity. Uploading any content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of third parties (including copyright and trademark rights).
3. User Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all User Content you upload. You must ensure that you possess all necessary rights to such content or have obtained the necessary permissions or authorizations from the relevant copyright owner to grant the license set out in Clause 3 of these Terms.
4. Copyright Complaints and "Notice and Takedown" Mechanism
Clawmap respects the intellectual property rights of others. We have established the following "Notice and Takedown" mechanism to handle copyright infringement complaints.
If you are a copyright owner or their authorized agent, and you believe in good faith that any User Content on the Website infringes your copyright, please send an infringement notice to us via email at [support@clawmap.com]. For effective processing, your notice should include the following information: A description sufficient to identify the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; The specific location of the infringing content (e.g., the URL of the relevant page) sufficient to allow us to locate it; Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address); A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the content is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or legally authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, subject to the penalty of perjury. Upon receipt of a valid notice that complies with the above requirements, we will conduct a review and promptly remove or disable access to the content alleged to be infringing.
5. Consequences of Violation
Any violation of these User Rules may result in the removal of your User Content, suspension of your account, or permanent termination. In severe cases, we reserve the right to report to the relevant law enforcement agencies.

1. Information Use
All information provided on the Website (including but not limited to claw machine locations, operating hours, contents, and user reviews) is for general reference only.
2. Scope of Disclaimer
The Website makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of the information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from reliance on the information on this Website. Claw machines and their businesses are operated by independent third-party operators. The Website is not involved in any of their management or operations, nor does it make any guarantees regarding the quality of their services, the value of prizes, or the legality of their businesses. Users are responsible for independently judging and verifying the legality and compliance of each location. The Website is not responsible for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from the actions, negligence of third-party operators, or the nature of their business itself.
3. User Risk
